• Shopify shop identifiers — shop domain, offline access token (stored with restricted access in our application database), and scopes you grant at install.
• Product media you select or upload — on-model photos and ghost/colorway photos used to create recolor jobs. Images may be stored on our application volume and sent to our AI image provider to generate variants.
• Job metadata — job ids, status, colorway labels, garment descriptors, plan usage counts, and timestamps needed to run the product.
• Billing state — plan entitlement and usage against monthly image allowances; charges are processed by Shopify Billing when you subscribe.
• Support interactions — if you email us or use our in-app AI support assistant, the content of that correspondence and any email address you provide so we can follow up.
• Technical and security data — limited technical information such as your IP address, used transiently to rate-limit and prevent abuse of our support assistant.

To generate colorway images, we send the photos and related prompts you provide to third-party cloud AI image-generation services that process that content solely to return generated images. Those providers act as our processors for this purpose. We do not sell your images. Do not upload images you are not authorized to process under your own policies and applicable law.

Our in-app support assistant is powered by a third-party AI language model provider. When you use it, your messages (and any email you provide for follow-up) are sent to that provider, acting as our processor, solely to generate a response and route support requests. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the assistant.

On request (for enterprise or compliance review), we can provide a current list of sub-processors used for image generation, support-assistant AI, hosting, and AI observability (diagnostic monitoring of AI quality, cost, and errors).

• Authenticate the embedded app and call Shopify Admin APIs on your behalf
• Enforce plan allowances and fulfill billing via Shopify
• Provide customer support and security monitoring
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information or shop media.

Job originals, references, and generated variants are retained so you can review, download, and push media. You may delete product media in Shopify; application job files remain until deleted by support request or our retention schedule. Offline tokens are kept while the app remains installed; uninstall removes normal API access.

We implement Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks. We do not request customer or order access scopes, so we do not store end-customer personal data from Shopify. After a merchant uninstalls the app, Shopify may send a shop redaction request; we then delete that shop’s application data (tokens, jobs, usage, and related records) from our systems.

We use HTTPS in production, restrict operator tools with access controls, and limit secrets to environment configuration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Email go@adwaizer.com with your shop domain. You can uninstall the app from Shopify admin at any time.

Acuarela is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; material changes may also be noted in the app or by email when appropriate.
