Ask the AI Advisor

The fastest way to get help: the AI Advisor (chat bubble, bottom-right) answers questions about your color photos, plans and publishing to your store, any time. It can also hand you off to a human.

First photo not ready?

The Make your first photo card looks at your 3 most recently updated products. If none of them can be recolored, it says why. Each stop has a fix in Shopify admin; after it, save the product and reopen Acuarela from Apps.

No products yet: in Products, add a product with a photo of the garment and a Color option, then save.
No Color option: on a product with a large photo, add a variant option named Color (or Colour, Couleur, Farbe, Colore) with the colors you sell as its values. A name such as Colorway or Shade is not read as a color.
Photo under 512 px: add a photo at least 512 px wide and 512 px tall. The new colors are made from it.

Card says no product is ready, with none of these? Each color of those products may already have its own photo: choose any product below the card, or ask us.

Response time

We aim to reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, Eastern Time). Urgent outages (app unreachable, widespread job failures) are prioritized.

What to include

Your store address (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com) or your account email
Job id if relevant (shown as #53f78391… on the job page)
What you expected vs what happened (screenshots help)
Which colors you asked for, and whether you typed a name, a hex code or used a fabric photo

What we can help with

What we cannot do over email

Change Shopify plan charges outside Shopify admin / app billing flows
Access your storefront password or themes
Guarantee perfect AI output on every photo (always review before publish)
